In addition to reduced cost, early registration automatically enters you into a drawing for one of three scholarship grants that might waive from 1/4 to all of your registration fee. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and we can accommodate only 200 attendees. We do expect a full conference, so get your registration in early.
During registration, you will be asked to select sessions you would like to attend. Your selection will help us determine the room size required for the different sessions. If you change your mind, however, and wish to switch to a different session, you may go to http://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets/. Locate this conference, click on it, and make your changes. You may do this up to October 25, 2012. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the Avondale Writers Conference event.
Note: Children 16 and over may attend alone (and pay full admission price). Children under 16 are welcome when accompanied by an adult (and both pay full price).
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please go to http://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets/. Locate this conference, click on it, and request a cancellation. You may do this up to October 25, 2012. Your registration fee will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason.
